A weekend fire has left a home in Littcarr in ruins. Carr Creek Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire around 11:30 Sunday morning. Upon arriving at a residence in Seals Hollow they discovered a home fully engulfed in flames.
The home belonged to John Amburgey. It was currently being used as rental property. According to fireman Brandon Thomas, the fire appears to have started in the front but a cause is unknown. No one was home at time of fire and no foul play is suspected.
