A vehicle was later stopped on Ky. 80 in the Emmalena community of Knott County, and a juvenile and an adult were detained. Further investigation led police to the arrest of Jesse James Combs, age 18, of Fisty. He was charged with Facilitation to Commit Robbery 1st Degree and Receiving Stolen Property Under $500, and lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Detention Center. The juvenile was released to his parents and no charges have been filed at this time.
